Our company recently organised a “Signature Mindfulness Hacks” session with Dipshikha Mitra and what a great experience it was. Though I was initially apprehensive of attending it but, I am glad I finally made a decision to join it. The session was extremely helpful and could relate to our current mind set during this entire lockdown and social distancing period. Dipshikha ran the entire session in a smooth and progressive manner, without too much of a scientific download that made it easier for us to understand how our mind and body is reacting in such situations during this phase or otherwise in life. She made sure to keep the audience engaged on chat with questions and activities in between that can often get difficult over web sessions. Her prime goal was to make us look at things with a positive lens and I think she did manage to do it at least during the session time. I would recommend we continue to conduct such sessions in future also to keep the morale and spirits of our employees high.
